How friendly are they about using your own containers (mason jars, cotton bags, etc.) in the bulk section?

Even Hyvee allows you to bring your own containers. Bring an extra of each one so they can weigh them and subtract the weight. Then they ring up by price per pound.

They are ok with using your own containers as long as product is weighed without or container is weighed first. Your cloth sack ok as well.

I don't know. You would be paying extra, because your containers would be much heavier than their recyclable, light plastic bag or container, and bulk products sell by weight. I use my containers at home and recycle the plastic.
