Is there anyone in the office I called left messages and emails no answer or call back? (UPDATE) 10/3/22 Pedcor you replied to my comment but you gave me the same number I have been calling for a month now and I haven’t been getting an answer. Maybe this is a sign telling me I don’t need to move in your apartment complex.

Thanks to Rebecca from the village park apartments in Illinois for getting our a/c fixed since we don't have management or maintenance on site anymore. She definitely needs a raise for handling our complex plus hers. She is a very patient lady! As of Aug. 22th 2022 we have no a/c and no one knows when it will be fixed office and maintenance have quit no one is here too fix things and we are stuck here sweating our butts off, my husband and I had to leave town for a few days and had no choice but too board our cat because it was unsafe and unhealthy to leave her here like we always have done. Their "rules" are more like suggestions when you complain no one responds. That is why I have changed my 5 star to now 1 Old review...... Love these apartments very clean and office people are always helpful and want to hear from their residents it's been a long time since I felt "at home".

Hands down the best apartment complex I've lived in. Very clean appearances are maintained externally through strict yet reasonable regulations, and maintenance routinely comes in the check everything is in working order. First apartment that actually provided a thorough sheet to check off items that were stained or dented - utilizing this allowed me to get my full deposit back. Highly recommend them for those who have limited income and can afford it

Location is great but management and living quality can be either great or terrible . Management is rude and brushes concerns you have off but once they have a issue with you they make you pay or threaten to evict you. I had a friend bring their emotional support animal over and was then charged 250$ even though it wasn’t my pet . Microwave broke and they make me pay 250$ or I was evicted . They truly seem to not care about residents or your quality of life . It truly sucks to know there are landlords that steep as low as this place does . Also I’ve had a noise on the other side of my bedroom from a sprinkler closet that has been making Loud noises for months to the point I can’t sleep or be in my room anymore and they have offered nothing to help and said it will be months until possibly fixed . My advice is to probably stay away solely because the management has no empathy for life .
