I come at 215pm now is 458pm and I’m still waiting I have filing that they don’t do anything inside because when patient go in stays from 45 min to 60min.This is unbelievable.

I experienced incredibly awful communication from the front desk. I tried to schedule a covid rapid test and was told that I need to stay in the parking lot and remain in my car. However when I arrived I was told I need to actually go into the urgent Care clinic. Then the front desk told me that I couldn't get any treatment because I have Medicaid and not insurance. When I asked why that was not communicated, given that I had registered for an appointment hours before, I was told that the front desk had sent me a text message about insurance. The text message actually said that I should take a picture of my insurance card to ensure contactless transaction. It did not say anywhere during my registration process or subsequent communications that I could not be treated without insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket and I was told it was illegal. Needless to say, no covid test for me. Also, twice when talking on the phone regarding my appointment I was hung up on by the receptionist.

Yes but you have to be an Iowa Clinic patient and make an appointment.
