Is this one of those no camping parks? Because it's getting to where you have to just take a bus to a wooded area and just wander off into the woods to go camping in this state.

There's no camping at Eagle Creek Park. A lot of state parks have camping and there are plenty of campgrounds around Indiana. If you Google "places to camp in Indiana" you'll see tons of results.
