U-scan should not be made this complicated... I've never been told to use a particular u-scan ( the one closest to the attendant) before. I shop here regularly though USUALLY I'm what I'd consider properly dressed today I just stopped in unexpectedly early wearing just what I'd put on for yardwork ( still... The typical dress for a shopper at a home improvement store.) The woman attendant INSISTED that I use the machine closest to her then stood over me as I scanned my 4 small items ... I'VE NEVER FELT SO PROFILED IN ALL MY 50 YEARS. Loew's needs to understand and make their staff aware that black people have money, live in the area and may visit their store and that treating said customers in such a way will diswade them from patronizing ANY LOWE'S and then tell their friends and neighbors to do likewise WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I ENTEND ON DOING. From my understanding this practice is company wide. Lowe's clearly doesn't respect it's black customers,. Maybe they will respect the loss of our money toward their bottom line. Please share... Make this go viral.

I went to Menards to see the prices on pavers. .Menards do not have prices posted. So I bought the paverrs at Lowes. If you are a veteran they give a 10% discount. I believe the discount is much better than that rebate at Menatds.

Horrible staffing set up. Not just understaffed but staff not trained adequately then left alone at customer service. I came in for propane tanks and they didn’t know how to ring them. Then told me have a nice day and didn’t realize they have to get the tanks for the customer. Train your staff better what was a 10 minute trip as I was the only person in line, took 30 minutes.
