I’m in the same boat, I’ve been on the call back list for over a month. This system is so messed up!! They need to figure something out ASAP! It’s absolutely ridiculous. And makes IL look like even more of a joke
I hhave waited over 2 months without a all back. Tried to call again and told i am currently on waiting list for a call back.
This is crazy to wait a week for a call back when my rent is over due as is
