Pitiful at best. No one helps you. They even hang up on you for no reason other than lazy. Illinois is a mess don't get me started.

Liars all of them continuously pass the buck to someone else . Every time I file a claim they somehow won't let me log in or call to certify. Good luck trying to speak to a live person

I’m in the same boat, I’ve been on the call back list for over a month. This system is so messed up!! They need to figure something out ASAP! It’s absolutely ridiculous. And makes IL look like even more of a joke

Does anyone call anyone back? Or give anyone an answer to anything? Why have I been able to certify online with no problems, and now all of a sudden ot won't let me? I've called, waited in line. No call back. Is there a better number to call?

Likely not.. I've been waiting nearly a month and never got a call back. Today i was suposed to receive my 1st payment and instead nothing and no way to contact anyone to find out ehats going on.. Its a horrible system that they have made even worse with the call back only method.
