I have a CPAP machine I bought from Vono's 6 years ago. I had good service from them...until today. The heater in the machine went out...I was told it is too old to fix and the software was outdated.. and that they no longer accepted Aetna insurance. This is important information that should have been conveyed so that people wouldn't be stuck when there was a problem. They gave me a number in Pennsylvania to call for repairs. They obviously care nothing for their CPAP customers.
