Not at lot of space between seats so they are able to fit a lot in there. I don't have a good estimate but would say around 300 if not a little more.
Yes. Ticket prices are usually based on the event you're going to see. Last time I was there, there was The Rocky Horror Picture Show and my ticket was $20.
There does not appear to be any performances on Dec 4, but that does fall within the run of Avenue Q which has ticket prices of 18 and 20.
