This place was closed of course. There is no way you can find information or anything helpful. You must go online and try to figure out what to do on your own. This was the place that helped people find jobs and unemployment. So since this place was designed to help, the state of Illinois decided to to close it down. The used the reasoning that it was closed due to financial difficulties. These are the typical issues that you must deal with when living in Illinois.
