For now, yes. But TSA is deeming drivers license from certain states to be inefficient in the coming year. Check the TSA Real ID requirements online. This doesn't take effect for some number of months depending on the state. VA IDs are compliant and won't be affected.

No you don't.

No. You just need a government issued ID (drivers license). However if your state hasn't complied with the Real ID Act yet, then you might need your passport .
