I have a very ill chihuahua but 3 Vets say he’s just fat. I’ve spent $10,500 in 2 yrs. Have receipts. The Vets won’t refer him. He’s 7 and will die if not treated, it may be to late now. Can I bring him to ER? I think Plural Effusion plus parasites.

You notice how they won’t give anyone any answers or even a lick of advice because they want to charge you $400 to walk through their doors. You’d think since it’s a school it would be cheaper they’ve got the U of I backing them. But they are money hungry.
