I went to the Neurology center and they didn't seem to understand what is wrong with me.. We drove two and a half hours to get the we can't do anything for you. After two months of testing. Felt discrimination towards me on a personal level. In my opinion find a better hospital system that is willing to diagnose rather then leave patient in limbo.. In my opinion Diagnoses and fix the problem is priority. Not how can we get out of fixing the issue and see you again in six months.

This place has become a total Zoo. I've recieved more phone calls for my doctors nurse with false misinformation. Most frequently Dr. Faheem himself is a wonderful doctor. The issue would be the staff getting you ro your appointment on time. It's not a patients fault when checkin is busy on their cell phones to painting their fingernails. You really need to make patients less confused over too many nurses reading the doctors orders improperly.

Doc scheduled a lab, showed up, no record of order after being sent here from another Carle clinic. I spent 4+ hours of my day dealing with a hospital that is less accurate than a McDonald's drive thru. After giving my sample, I get a call two days later telling me that lab doesn't do those, and I have to schedule a sample at another lab and another clinic. Meanwhile, my doc is having to reschedule and charging me for the fee. Thanks Carle Clinic, you guys SUCK.
