Only move here if you literally have no other choice. Units are all really run down and area is very unsafe. Lots of strung out people, my car was broken into twice, and if you're on the ground floor you will get creepers peeking in your windows. Hallways always smell like weed and Body odor. You will get roaches. I kept my place clean and no food out and they still infested the place. The 'pest control' they do did nothing. Baseboard heaters make arranging furniture a real challenge and the windows do not open. No dishwasher in many units. Laundry room was always a sauna and infested with bugs. The only good thing to say about this place is it weirdly had the most kind and helpful leasing staff I've ever met.

Do not live here. The entire area is unsafe, especially the parking lots. I have been threatened by strange men right outside the front door. The lock in the mail room is always broken. I've seen junkies in the parking lot on numerous occasions. Police are here often. The hallways are disgusting. A lot of this may not directly be the property's fault, however, I have not seen them do anything about any of it. They are clearly aware of these issues and yet spend their money on pointless community events, such as celebrating national peanut day. Do better. Make your tenants safety a priority.

PEST HELL!! If i had known how bad it was i would not have moved here!! I live in a pet friendly unit with my two cats. Before we came here they did not have fleas. Because the halls are carpet, even though my cats don’t go outside they have them badly now. Even the expensive dip only keeps them at bay for a few days. And that’s the least of my problems. The ROACHES are TERRIBLE!! We had two neighbors who were disabled and hoarded. They were preventing pest control from being helpful. We spray every day for them and see them in the hall at all times. Trash from neighbors litter my patio. Disgusting place.

Our pools open Memorial Day Weekend and Close on Labor Day Weekend. They are open from 8am-8pm daily.
You can use any of the pools. If the one closest to you is closed try another one 😄 they are only open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
