Truely awesome customer service. They offer insurance to those that may need it but there is ZERO pressure on taking it and if it is something you do not need because of your policy, they will tell you. They are without question my go to place when I need a rental vehicle.
Customer service was excellent. No they did not try to force insurance charge. Even told us if we had our own insurance it would be cheaper.
