This location is trash. I made a reservation weeks prior to picking up the day I went to get my rental they didn't have it. The staff never know what to do nor did anyone think to give a courtesy call to inform me instead of wasting my time coming there. They never have any of the vehicles they advertise. Will never use them again. I strongly recommend you have a Back up plan if you have a big event planned.

We had a good experience. Our flight was at 6 am before the hertz location opened but they still let us drop the key at key drop box and all went well.

Their insurance is a bit too pricey but I made the unfortunate mistake of renting from enterprise the last time I needed a rental and I can't really find the right words to explain it but I won't make that mistake again from now it's all hertz everytime

Terrible customer service, only gonna give you the run around and tell you there are no cars. Highly recommend going to enterprise.
