Elijah England and Matthew Mosely at the Dirksen Parkway location in Springfield, IL truly went above and beyond the typical call of duty by getting us a rental car on short notice when there were no rentals to be had anywhere in town. We can't thank them enough for taking customer service to the next level. They were professional, responsive, courteous, and accommodating to our needs when no one else seemed to care. These guys exemplify what it means to provide an excellent customer experience. I highly recommend this location!

Accepted a reservation for a day and time where they were well overbooked. Ended up changing my reservation to a lesser vehicle over half and hour after my scheduled pick up and still charged me full price. As nice as the people where, accepting reservations you cant fill is downright manipulative. Overall, don't reserve here. Go anywhere else.
