Check in and check out fairly smooth. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and I was pretty disappointed with the "mid range" SUV...was expecting a Nissan Rogue or similar. What I got was a bare bones and had HORRIBLE visibility (obviously a Buick design issue not Enterprise's fault). Sadly, I also witnessed a staff member in a very awkward situation with a customer. He was more or less accusing them of fraud and had clearly jumped the gun. It made a def impression on me and I will take that in to consideration before I rent with them again.

Enterprise Truck rental provides great customer service. I have been a customer since 1999. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Matt and Max for the past year to help with our rentals needs and have been consistently impressed with the efficiency, and ability to get things done in timely manner. Most recently, they helped with our rentals needs in our busiest time of year.
