I also have a problem with arthritis in my hips. There is a short walk from the museum to where the festival field is. Less than a few hundred feet. You can drive to parking lot A where Bundy Trail is and also able to drive to the monument and stage area.

The museum itself is relatively small, not much walking involved.
The museum its nice to see, in which you wouldn't have to walk much. They also have a shuttle that can drive you to the rock or to the actual spot where the bands played in 69
You can always just focus on the museum which isn't that large.
