Drop off your motorcycle for Service for early bird service 8am Monday - Saturday and 10am Sunday! Says the website! BS. Guy at counter said a week from now is 1st opening. Is "hey it's summer man" a good enough excuse?

I've had some service issues there regarding the times my bike is supposed to be done. Have had technicians order the wrong parts delaying it even more. However, Tony the manager in service and parts has always gone above and beyond to fix my problems and help resolve any problems. He is the reason I go back for service. Talk to him if you have issues.

Stay away from this store. You will not be treated with any level of professionalism. Leave, buy or never come back makes no difference to them either way.

All I can tell you is I bought a bike at Bayside Harley Davidson and was supposed to get free lifetime inspections for my bike and after the second year they kept putting me off put me off and tell him be b******* lies like they don't have inspection stickers have to come back they did that to me twice in a row so I just start getting my bike inspected somewhere else and I just went to Southside Harley who are fantastic people and bought a brand new motorcycle from them and trade it in the one that I bought from Bayside Harley

Yes, it doesn't matter. Lots of people bring them in just for a once over. It's good for it too.
