I am very dissatisfied with Terminix at this time. Been a customer for many years. I was told they would be out at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks, called reported and still no show. Also not doing many things as promised. Never had to complain in the last almost 50 years. Also lied to.

I worked at this specific location and one day is all I could muster. The office lady is unprofessional and extremely rude (My guess is she’s new and has zero to little training in customer service). As far as the work goes, they cut corners and do not do things as they claim they do. I would definitely go with a different pest control and/or termite company. You were warned.
