Anyone else have adult children now and still owed thousands and nothing is being done. Making him do community service helping others when he should be helping me with our son, this does nothing, let him sit and worry about being locked up. It works

I have Adult children now and they have children. I am just getting my child support! I applied when they were toddlers or infants? It's been 20+ years ago. I can't believe it's taken this long to get their father in court! They are a joke. They actually told me my case fell through the cracks! By the way.... I had to go to court 20+ years to get my payments of $81 and sometimes $71. I'll be 50! He owes thousands of dollars! I spend the money on my grand kids now.
