You chose the system to police your life and bad choice in father. So, use the system to help with, housing and a jobset . Use it to put a fire under his feet. Get your case into juvenile court and get a stack of contempt filings ready.

No they really dont care. They see money. Yes get a job. Maybe relatives can temporarily help til you get on your feet. Stay free from them. I know.
