I took a class at the Dayton location. The instructor did a great job of presenting the material and ensuring everyone in the class understood it. When I ran into an issue on the range, the instructor provided additional instruction on his own time and Range USA didn't charge for the extra time spent on the range. It left me with the impression that the training staff cares that students learn what is being taught and apply it properly. They're not just interested in filling up time to get to the next paying customer. In all, it was a great experience.

Purchased a 12 gauge this afternoon and the experience was horrible. Waited for 15 minutes for one of the 3 employees that weren’t helping other people to help me. I had questions about different shotguns and the person that helped told me he wasn’t very experienced in shotguns but never bothered to involve anyone else. After I decided to purchase not only the shotgun but also 350 rounds of ammo, plus 20 more rounds of buckshot it took over 40 minutes just to check out. I have my ccw so it should have never taken that long. After I made mention of the time it was taking I was told it was because of a new system. The problem with that was the person didn’t mention how many times he walked away from me without saying anything, didn’t mention how he and I assume a manager continued to have “training” during my purchase which kept pausing the transaction, didn’t mention how he helped someone else in the middle of helping me and didn’t mention the multiple times he and the manager had a back and forth joke session that took his attention away from helping me. The problem was not only with the person that directly “helped” me but also the manager that continuously interrupted without a single explanation to myself. What should have been a quick in and out took far too long and also made me decide not to become a member. Not that one person really makes a difference but I will never go back there again.

Good afternoon Kristen and thank you for reaching out! Yes we do offer Gift Cards. Here's a Link you can follow to learn more or purchase a Shoot Point Blank Gift Card. https://shootpointblank.com/purchase-gift-card
Yes you can.
Yes you can.
I think you can, as long as you sign a waiver. Ask questions, better than to act like you know everything and shoot your foot off. I highly recommend their safety class. Wife and I took it, 4hrs for $50, feel way more confident and safe around firearms.
I think it was $20 per hour.
Yes they do
No you can't rapid fire at all! But you can double tap, pause, then double tap
Yes, yes they do!
I believe so, but I would call and ask beforehand just in case.
No full auto
No
They have all kinds of guns for sale for very competitive prices.
That's a question to call range usa about, but I can't see any reason you wouldn't be allowed to. Just remember no steel core ammo and no incendiary ammo. Edit: updated the name of the business.
No steel penetrator/green tip. RSO can inspect your round with a magnet
Yes but it only goes as a trade-in credit towards a new gun or in-store credit
Yes
Yes
No, but there have been a couple times during busy hours that you might wait a couple minutes.
you also get 5 shots free of any gun in rental case that you're interested in possibly purchasing.
And $10+ for bullets and $1 target.
For the hour with rentals around 40 dollars
Yes, but you have to shoot slugs, you can't shoot buckshot. They have them to rent also.
Yes, you can bring your own gun and ammo, though you will be asked to keep the ammo in your car until you go to the range. You will also need your ID (driver's license or state issued ID card).
20% down, paid off in 30 days.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the range unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
If you bring your own gun, you can bring your own ammo. If you rent one of their guns, you have to buy ammo from them.
I've spoken with someone since I posted this. The facilities told me muzzleloaders were permitted as well as my breech loaders. I emailed them directly
