I think you can, as long as you sign a waiver. Ask questions, better than to act like you know everything and shoot your foot off. I highly recommend their safety class. Wife and I took it, 4hrs for $50, feel way more confident and safe around firearms.

You will have to watch a safety video first. A "how to" so to speak. And you need to be 21, or accompanied by someone who is 21 we're older, for pistols.
First time shooting at Point Blank you have to be accompanied by another person over 21. Anybody under certain age always has to be accompanied by an adult over 21. You watch safety video, and pay a small fee for liability waiver and sign liability waiver.
Yes if you show interest in a specific gun, you get shoot a round without a fee
