**it says on website they do emergency walk-ins** I walked in, broken down sobbing, sui**dal looking for help. I didn't know how it worked, but I was desperate. A woman called me over to sit. I just said crying so hard that I was having sui**dal thoughts. She word for word said "I'm sorry we don't take walk-ns anymore you should go to the hospital emergency room and tell them," It's fine if it isn't policy, but I walked out sobbing. I had to call 911 to get me to the er because I couldn't walk, I would have ended my life. I just wish that she would have offered to call someone for me. Like what if I hadn't been able to have the strength left to call for help. It was the most soul crushing minute to realize that the ppl who are ment to help people don't care. Even enough to offer to call 911 or anything. I made it to the hospital and got help, but I keep thinking, what if it had been someone else. I pray they read this and next time offer to sit in Waitrose and wait for emergency help to get there. It would have at least felt heard.

I wouldn't recommend their crisis line to anyone! I called them in the middle of a crisis and in the middle of my conversation The therapist says I got another call I need to take I wish you the best of luck and hangs up. Never again will I call them for help

Went there 5 times in about 2-3 weeks and never saw a doctor or got any help or medicine...I even went there the last time so scared and afraid that I was suicidal and they were going to call the freaking cops on me....I was polite and did everything I freaking could and then my nightmare came true...weeks later....I got evicted, lost my Mercedies and everything and became homeless and moved to KY where I got help in a couple days! I'm alive but still homeless after 3 years but clean as a whistle no thanks to them. Instead of crisis care they should call themselves False hope and a waist of space and time! Thank you

I dont think they do inpatient treatment. They have weekly groups and evaluations to determine what you need and for how long.
