You can call them and do it over the phone application just ask for the food stamp office Jackson County Harrison County I don't know which county you live in but they will do one over the phone
You can go online to the MDHS website and apply online. They will give you a phone interview. You will have to send utility bill, pay stubs, etc, however. You can email them to them.
You'll have to call DHS in your county and request a "request form" they will mail it to you, and you mail it back.. then they will do an interview over the phone.. and your social worker should be able to tell you what help they may offer
