Has anyone else tried writing a letter to Jackson. I found where I can file a complaint against them after they closed my case after months of me trying to get an interview with my case worker. I think with my situation I can sue as well.

Yea oll you got to do is request a new case workerand stay on top of things bevause they will mess u over i dont think its on purpose just the case workers are overloaded with people.
