DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE DURING A EVICTION THEY HAVE FUNDED ME BUT ITS NEVER ABOUT YOU BUT THE PERSON THAT OWNS THE PROPERTY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CHILDREN AND WHOEVER IS CONTROLLING THE FUNDING OR HOW ITS DISTRIBUTED IS DEFINITELY RACIST IF U GET IN A SITUATION WHERE ITS A BLACK PERSON VS THE WHITE PERSON THE WHITE PERSON WILL WIN WHETHER THEY ARE WRONG OR RIGHT….THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES AND WHEN SOMEONE DOES ANSWER THEY TREAT YOU AS IF ITS THEY FUNDING OR THE MONEY BELONGS TO THEM THEY ARE ARROGANT,SELF CENTERED AND WHOEVER AUTHORIZED THESE PEOPLE FOR RAMP/HOUSING ASSISTANCE WAS THE WORSE THING THEY COULD’VE DONE…SMH

I’ve been in a PRVO house for over 5 yrs and there’s always been a problem. I can’t never reach anyone to talk about anything pertaining to the house. The only dept I can reach is Maintenance. Thanks MaintenanceDept. They gave me the option to buy the house 3 yrs ago and it’s been an issue ever since. My bank told me the house is not recorded. I then go to record (downtown Hattiesburg) THE HOUSE DOES NOT EVEN EXIST!! I’ve been paying rent for a house that doesn’t even exist. The lady in records asked me was it a vacant lot. Just sad. I just recently had issues with my rent. Pay them every month but somehow I owe them over $2000. Got there to show them my receipts all of a sudden it’s fixed. If you gone rent from them. KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK
