I'm really not quite sure what happened. I think I had some miscommunication with the office and I will post later once I get a better idea of what has happened. I think some of my paperwork was either not explain correctly or I had a misunderstanding with the customer service rep that was helping me.

They are very friendly and helpful if you need help with like utilities rent or different things like that they can help you out if not they can give you places that you can go to get help

Place to go to find help for low income people to help themselves with their utility bills and with general help whatever that may be.

There aren't any walk ins . But you can call and they will set up a time that's convenient for you to come in and ask questions and fill out paperwork. God bless ' I hope this is helpful.
