Yes west side especially. Some area's are no pups allowed but plenty of space for your dog to roam. Have a picnic if you like. Leashes are required except the big dog park run area. Dogs are off leashes over there.
The off-leash dog park is temporary closed due to the balloon races.
Yes, there is a dog park there. There are sign posted in certain parts of the park where they aren't allowed
