Want to attend the Hot Air Balloon Race in Sept.2018,(never been to one), we will be pulling our 29 ft travel trailer with us, is overnight RV parking allowed and is there a fee or any hookups available?

No overnight parking in the park is not allowed

There is no longer street parking for it balloon races they block it off now days. No hook ups

If you get there early enough there is street parking near the park. No hookups or actual campground at Rancho San Rafael.
