I used to love steak and shake. Went there yesterday and it was the only thing I ate. I noticed how dirty their countertops were from the drive thru window. Burger tasted fine but now i'm paying for it.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a steak and shake, I have never been so mad at a place, The whole staff was on their phone playing around and not serving the customers and didn't seem to care who was watching, their wait time was unbelievable and it wasn't for quality control, I know I am just one customer but this customer will not be returning.

Under new management slow drive thru food not delicious as the old management lot of work to be done to get back to former quality. They don't have fresh brewed iced tea and opted out for iced tea out of a machine which doesn't taste good. Won't be long before their doors will closed do to not serving a quality products.
