Rancho San Raffael (RSR) is not a Dinosaur park. There is no fee for the RSR park.
Based on my experience and every other reply, it's free.
It has been the last few years, unless they have started charging people recently again it should still be.
It's free, and my kids love the place.
No both the Dinosaur Park and the playground near Herman's Pond are free at this timw.
