There's a pond there that's very picturesque -- truck access might take special permission but I'm pretty sure the landscapers get in and out so you probly could too.
Idlewild Park San Rafael Park Wingfield Park across Renown Hospital Park so if you enjoying these Sparks send me back something you would like or what you're going to like better but look for those parts and tell me are there any good for you

Probably the best place would be where the circle parking area is since there's a grass in the lake right next to it that would make a nice backdrop for a picture
The road above the dog park might work for you, but otherwise you likely want to get permissions for access to a more picturesque and less crowded area. If you could park anywhere, I'd recommend one of the more downhill lawns. There's not a lot of interesting foliage this time of year.
Also some beautiful trees around perimeter for pics.
