Found a squirrel hit by a car. His back legs are injured. Is currently in a dog kennel (metal meshing) with a soft padding at bottom, covered by a blanket. Has consumed water but not food. Is recovering. Where should I release when appropriate?

Thanks. Will do. I feel badly because his sibling appears to be looking for him. He is currently curled up in a little ball and is resting comfortably. Would like to reunite him with his squirrel community unless this environment is no longer suitable.

We have a small finch with a drooping (broken?) wing. It’s hopping around very easily and energetically. I’ve left water & bird seed on the ground for it. He’s within our fenced in yard. Do I bring him in? Thank you.
