Report it to Travis county animal control and ASPCA....otherwise keep your cats indoors. Austin Wildlife Rescue is for wild animals not domestic.

I once had an old man next door neighbor who did this. Poisoned my dog and trapped and shot my cat. He thought it was funny. It’s not at all uncommon, and nobody will help you protect your pets from sickos like him.

Call 311 and ask for animal control. A lot of ritual sacrifices are cats. You can also call austin wildlife rescue they may have additional contacts...smh

Keep your cats indoors. They are a non-native species and are not meant to be around avian life that didn't evolve survival tactics alongside them. Every year they kill millions of birds worldwide. Letting cats wander around outside unsupervised is dangerous both for them and the species they prey upon.

I thought the same here in 78704 by Manchaca and 71 but turns out coyotes ate my 3 cats, I witnessed the attack on my last cat. Have since had to run them off from attacking one of my newest cats, that are indoor cats now, when he got out one night and have heard them howling. All the construction going on around here are destroying their habitats and pushing them into the city. I live right next to a small protected (so far) wooded area and the coyotes have decimated the raccoon population. All of the cats on my street disappeared last year, actually it's the 1 year mark since my first cat was taken from my family by the coyotes. 😭😭😭 Keep your cats as indoor only or bring them in before dusk and don't let them out until a ways after dawn...I saw one run off into the woods this morning at 7:45 when I came out to take my son to school.

Cats belong indoors or on catios. They decimate wildlife species and can succumb to harm.
