My neighbors are leaving their dogs out all day, with only one dish for 3 dogs. They bark and whine all day. They don’t get home until later in the day, then don’t let them in. Seriously I’m not a dog lover, but this is cruel. What to do?

Contact Austin Animal Center. Let them be the judge if this is a case of neglect. Thank you for being aware and concerned about all living creatures :)

If they are providing proper food, water, shelter, and medical care I dont believe they are in any violation with an exception to them barking all day. You can always call 311 for animal control to do a welfare check

Call 311 and ask to talk to a neglect officer. Explain to them what's going on and they will check it out. Thank you for your concern
