Ok a black kitty came up to me in the night and i was wondering i can call animal control to gwt her ....also i heard if its a black cat they wont accept her ?

Black cats are not typically turned away at shelters, and he or she will be very loved at Austin Animal Center. Take him or her down with no worries!
