If we know of an animal in danger and animal services is blowing it off what can we do. This pitbull is muzzled and left outside 24/7. There is video and picture proof of abuse. I can provide the address if needed

Call the police. By doing so you cause there to be a report which will help to insure the accountability of all those involved.
