Is there an area where babies can play while mommy does some shopping? Like an indoor play area where daddy can watch them while mommy shops.

No but lakeline mall has a kid play area inside but someone would have to supervise them.

No but across the way at Lakeline Mall there are options for kids entertainment, though Im not sure if any of them allow you to drop the kids off.
