Don’t even waste your time spending 28 for one day shipping , they never ship it out tried five times , all times they failed to send it in time . This place is beyond terrible . Waste your time but thankfully you get a refund so they making the company lose money by not sending the packages on time

Clean and well lit. No clear signage of what line to be in. After I stood in line for 10 minutes I was told to go to another window/ line. Why would a customer be served for over half and hour at the same window?

I don't know if the Post Office has a notary, but banks like Wells Fargo have a free notary service even if you don't have an account there. Yay!
Yes
There is a shipping calculator on the usps website
The price differs based on how fast you want it delivered, whether you want the receiver to sign for it, and how much it weighs. You can buy packaging there as well.
Yes
Yes, they do.
If you have your tracking number, verify that information to USPS, explain the situation to them, they will open an investigation. If you have a Ring system to back up your claim of non delivery let them know that as well. Use the website or call.

Each post office is different however, usually between 4 and 5pm.
Working
Create a USPS account online, then add your PO Box to your online account and you can pay online, and even setup auto-pay monthly, quarterly, 1/2 year or annually.
Call your specific Post Office that you receive your mail from and tell them the date, time, vehicle number if you have it and the location of incident. If you don't know your Post Office, you can look it up at usps.com and choose find post office. Good luck!
Take a current bill or lease to the post office, along with your picture id, and ask for a new one. There may be a cost.
You go to the post office with a current bill, or lease in your name, and request one. Sometimes theybare free, sometimes theybare like 5$, I don't remember the criteria.
As long as it fits through their drop box. They have an automated postage station as well.
