The support staff and medical team were great. They listened to my concerns and diagnosed me well. Only waited about 45 minutes to be seen. Was a busy Saturday. Very pleased with how I was treated.

I made an appointment (includes drive time to CareNow) and filled out forms on line They sent a text when it was time to drive over. Super nice people, very little wait time, clear verbal and written instructions.

I did the web checkin at 10:40am & I completed the registration docs, uploaded pics of my DL & insurance. Waited all day & never got a text to come in. This feature sounds great but it didn’t work. Zero stars.

I have no idea how the visit was as my wife took my son in. But the billing has been a bit of a nightmare for me. First, the initial visit wasn't billed to insurance for some reason. The follow-up was billed fine and had no problem. So fine, mistakes happen, I called to let them know. Lady on the phone said she'd fix it and agreed it should have been billed to insurance the first time around. She said to ignore any subsequent mail for the next couple weeks and it would take a month or so to sort out then I'd get an updated bill. A week or two ago I got a new bill with exactly the same info. Same problem, not billing the insurance. Due date Nov 4th. Today is October 23rd (2 weeks before the fire date?) and I just got a notice in the mail from collections... 1. Why was the bill not processed correctly like discussed a month ago? 2. Why was it sent to collections weeks before the posted due date that I was informed of? Issues like this have happened both times we've visited a carenow facility. Really not happy.
