The patio set I ordered did not come In when I called the location Greg Bassit who is the manager is rude and unsupportive. Did not want to find a solution and stated he's unable to help and does not have time.

Limited selection. No one helps you. They offer, then when you ask ignore you. Really weird. I always forget this store is very limited. You go online, they say they have something, you go and it's not there.

3.5 stars. No muss, no fuss neighborhood hardware store. Prices are a bit higher than the big box home improvement stores and stock is obviously not as plentiful with certain products, but it serves as a quick in and out trip if you just need to pick up a few miscellaneous items.
