They have ticket windows a long the river, boats have stops where you buy the tickets at to get on. You can bring your own drink or buy it where you buy the tickets at.
The three docks and ticket booths are located: the Aztec Theater, River Center Mall and at Market Street bridge (river level) across from the Palacio del Rio Hotel.
