I've never seen a dog there. I would call first.
Not sure about inside buildings, but outside is ok, also note: I'm sure they have rules about cleaning up after them. Make sure to bring bags
I've seen dogs in and off leash but not right by the old buildings. I think on leash would be ok outside.
