We've been trying to get our new build home address registered with the postal service for a month now. The Buncombe county office has sent them several emails and have not heard back - even they are frustrated. We have gone in twice and spoken to the post master and they have said that they will resolve this issue and call us back but nothing has been done and they have not called. We are having issues getting trash service and ordering packages because no one can find our address in their systems. It's very frustrating that no one is working to resolve this issue!

Call Weaverville post office and ask what you need to show them to get a PO Box and go to post office desk tell them you want to rent a box. I think they have 3 sizes to choose.also you can go to USPS.com to get started
