No free entry unfortunately. On Tuesdays before 4pm I believe that Bexar county residents get discounted tickets with proof. Prices are 11, 12, 13 dollars depending on if children, military or over 65, and adult. If you want to eat at the restaurant, not really worth it in my opinion, the meal included entry.
You can dine and the paid receipt is your ticket
No you have to pay 12$ to get in. It includes 3 4d movies and the pass is good all day long so you can come and go as you please
