Yes tower parking
Parking in the downtown area is limited depending on where you park at that could be a $3 to 5$ different which will make a difference in the distance that you walk.. figure on bringing a 10-spot round off your parking for the day cuz you're looking to spend a couple hours there to enjoy the real experience. And also figure $10 per person to get up in the tower.

We park in the parking lot for the museum of Arts and walk from there. But if not park by street and it's free
Yes they have their own parking. I dont know how much they charge.. as we went on a sunday n parked for free in the parking opposite to the court house. Tht was for free.
Yes parking and 14 dollars. If you don't mind walking a block there is plenty of parking a block down and a block up from the hemisfair park.
