There's no dress code in observation tower, we went casual, jeans and t-shirt. Dining area might have dress code.

I always dress up for dinner at the restaurant but have observed that most people don't.

The observation deck has no dress code, however, the restaurant and bar does a minimal code.
You can dress how you want if you wanna be fancy be fancy I went in my spurs Jersey and shorts I'm there for the food and the view not to impress anyone
